The experience was remarkable on every level. It exceeded all expectations. The entire staff is amazing and creates a total and complete feeling of being at home. The group sessions were very valuable, creating a real sense of community and a forum to share challenges and experiences in a safe, confidential, and "no judgements" space. I will return every year. It is truly a special place.

I would like to express my sincere gratitude to the entire clinic team. From the very first day, I felt welcomed into a warm, caring, and highly professional environment. The quality of care is exceptional; every member of the team shows great dedication, sensitivity, and commitment to the well-being of their patients. Thanks to them, these six weeks have been much easier. I have felt supported, understood, and in good hands at all times. First and foremost, a huge thank you to everyone. Super competent teams in every aspect of the stay. The clinic and its teams can be very, very proud of the unique experience offered to their clients, which was, for me, a life-changing (understatement) experience. Great treatment overall. A few hiccups but with a short stay it didn't give me the opportunity to fully immerse into the experience. Without the other patients it would be very lonely and maybe even unpleasant. The hospitality staff made the experience very wonderful. The nurses work very hard, maybe too at the forefront but they do amazing with the responsibility. Therapists were all amazing and so knowledgable and intune with myself. BMS absolutely incredible. The holistic approach is a must. Amazing! Overall all the staff work very hard and are integral to the entire system. I just wonder if a guest service team would be beneficial to the patients to seperate the nurses from guest service duties. Housekeeping keep the place absolutely beautiful & the florist is amazing too! Thank you for this experience, its been an important step in my journey to self discovery. All the best, Eloise.

Top-notch team of therapists. You need to let yourself be guided and accept the program that's set out for you. Improvements are quick and visible. The environment is warm, and everyone, from the nurses to the dining room staff, the housekeeping team, and the reception team, is always ready to listen. Absolute discretion. The only place where you can truly open up and speak freely. Bravo

This has been one of the most transformative experiences I have ever had. Not just the medical and therapeutic help, which were excellent, but by the sheer and very obvious coordination of care across all facility services.
