Programmes

The first task of our medical team is to identify, assess and reduce any risks to life and to stabilise health.

The second, where necessary, is to facilitate safe withdrawal from substances of dependence and to assess the effects of current medications.  Not everyone will require a detox.

Thirdly we assess every patient’s general physical and mental condition to ensure that they are in sufficient health to participate productively in treatment and recovery therapies.

Addiction takes a significant toll on physical and mental health, either directly or indirectly through its impact on self-care. There may also be co-existing health problems which may need to be addressed in their own right as well as to ensure they do not reduce the resources available to recovery.

Your general health will be medically monitored throughout your stay.

We approach each patient as the unique individual they are. Both addiction and recovery are differently experienced by each individual. This is why we will build a tailor made perfectly adapted programme to fit each patient’s needs.

We can collect our patients from home and accompany them to Clinic Les Alpes. This will be undertaken by members of our medical and/or therapeutic teams.

Below is an example of a possible therapeutic plan for a patient during the stay:

Treatment Focus

Our addiction treatment programme is designed for individuals grappling with substance-based addictions or behavioural dependencies, including but not limited to issues with gambling, alcohol, cocaine, sex and love, prescribed medications, work, and marijuana. We stand out by offering a comprehensive, medically supervised detox in-house, laying the groundwork for a scientifically informed therapeutic journey towards recovery.

Our treatment is deeply rooted in the latest scientific research, focusing on the critical role of neurotransmitters like dopamine and serotonin in addiction. These chemicals, essential for mood regulation and pleasure, are often disrupted by addiction, leading to significant physiological and psychological distress. Our approach includes advanced medical interventions to address the havoc substances and behaviours wreak on your body's delicate chemical balance.

During treatment for substance or behavioural dependencies, treatment goals and focuses can include but are not limited to:

  • Identify and challenge negative thought patterns and behaviors that contribute to addiction
  • Strengthen emotional resilience and learn how to effectively regulate emotions, handle stress without resorting to maladaptive coping strategies, and develop healthier emotional coping strategies.
  • Integrate mindfulness practices and holistic wellbeing activities, such as yoga and meditation, to enhance mental clarity, reduce stress, and promote a balanced lifestyle conducive to recovery
  • Explore and understand the roots of your addiction, and begin to heal from past traumas and experiences in order to move forward without the need to rely on substances or behaviours to cope
  • Enhance social skills and interpersonal relationships, developing the ability to foster meaningful connections with others that will support your recovery

Who Is This For?

This programme is for any person who either feels they are suffering from an addiction, or who is concerned that their substance use or behaviour may be getting ‘out of control’. Early intervention is a key predictor in successful recovery, and so it is never too early to seek help.

Often people who experience co-occurring disorders (addiction and mental health concerns simultaneously) can fall through the cracks of treatment. At Clinic Les Alpes, we are world-leaders in treating co-occurring disorders and believe in supporting all patients in treating their addiction as well as any mental health concerns they may have.

Duration

Our standard addiction programme typically lasts for 28 days (4 weeks), however our programme offers flexibility for extended stays, accommodating patients’ unique recovery timelines with personalised reintegration plans.

Interventions

Detoxification / Withdrawal:

The process of detoxing from substances can be challenging, and in the case of some substances such as alcohol or opioids, it can be deadly when not done in a secure and medically supervised environment. That is why Clinic Les Alpes are able to provide fully medicalised luxury rooms, and 24/7 medical staff in-house to make the process as comfortable as possible. Using a combination of medication, emotional support, and complementary therapies, we are able to relieve a number of physical detox symptoms and psychological discomfort. Unlike other clinics where you may need to complete a preliminary hospital stay prior to admission, Clinic Les Alpes can take care of all your needs in-house, helping you and your loved ones to feel secure in your safety and privacy.

Clinical Work:

You will be allocated an individual bespoke therapist who is hand-picked from our team to best suit your specific needs and who will work with you every day during individual therapy. In addition to your lead therapist, you will also be allocated a second co-lead therapist to ensure you are able to work on a wide variety of areas of growth or concern. Your two therapists work in close coordination with our medical team to ensure that you receive a seamless experience of care throughout your stay. Part of this collaboration includes the care of our in-house psychiatrist who will see you regularly and manage any necessary medications.

Medical health check:

All patients who are admitted under this programme will undergo extensive physical medical examinations and testing in order to identify current or potential future somatic concerns. This is undergone with our medical team consisting of our psychiatrist, our general medicine doctors, our exceptional nursing team, as well as any potential additional specialists that may be required to provide complete treatment. With fully medicalised facilities, you will not have to shuttle back-and-forth between offices, but instead receive your assessments and treatments in the comfort, safety, and familiarity of our clinic. This enables us to medically manage your detox to ensure that you are as comfortable as possible, and have access to medical care 24/7.

Holistic Treatments and Assessments:

Our medicalised spa team offers a vast array of treatment designed to compliment the therapeutic process, ranging from structure exercise such as Pilates to Asiatic traditional medicinal treatments such as Ayurveda. You will have access to sessions with one of our expert staff, as well as free access to our fully equipped gym, pool, sauna and hammam (steam room). In addition to our complementary therapies we can also offer a selection of massages and cosmetic services to support your overall positive body image.

Integrated Treatment Plan:

Our therapeutic teams work around the clock to provide you with an exceptional level of care, comfort, and support. A key part of our addiction treatment programme is the bespoke Individualised Treatment Plan (ITP), created in collaboration with you to ensure that we best meet your needs, achieve your goals, and improve your quality of life. This plan is reviewed daily between our teams, and weekly with yourself as part of our Weekly Progress Meetings (WPMs) where we update you on your treatment progress, as well as you being able to give feedback to our teams on what is most beneficial from your perspective. Our goal is to empower our patients in their care and recovery, and your unique ITP and regular WPMs will ensure this is accomplished.

Outdoor Therapy:

Leveraging our spectacular alpine location, we integrate seasonal outdoor activities into our programme. From hiking to mindfulness in nature, these experiences offer a unique escape for those accustomed to city life, enriching the recovery process with the awe of the natural world.

Nutrition and Sleep Hygiene:

We understand the impact of modern living on gut health, and we incorporate gut health assessments and interventions into your programme. You will work with our in-house dietician to develop a personalised nutrition plan that supports mental health and energy levels, including workshops on how specific nutrients affect mood and cognition. Stress and poor dietary habits can deplete essential nutrients, impacting overall well-being and recovery. To combat this, we employ targeted strategies such as IV nutrient drips, ensuring optimal absorption and support for the body's healing process, unlike standard oral medication which can potentially disrupt the delicate balance of gut bacteria. We also offer sleep workshops to educate on the importance of sleep in recovery. Additionally, our team is able to offer interactive cooking classes and sleep labs where participants can actively engage in learning and practicing healthy habits.

Aftercare Planning:

If someone comes to us to recover from addiction but returns to the same circumstances as before, it will be difficult for them to not experience a relapse. A key aspect of long-term recovery will be for us to develop a personalised aftercare plan, including recommendations for continued therapy, coaching, or support groups focused on maintaining a healthy lifestyle that supports your journey to recovery.

Treatment Focus

Our mental health treatment programme is designed to support patients through the process of diagnosis and treatment of any mental health disorders or concerns they may be experiencing. A therapeutic process should be about empowering people to live their best possible life as independently as possible, and this treatment pathway aims to start our patients on that journey.

There is a vast variety of mental health illnesses that are suitable for in-patient treatment. As such, your individual treatment goals are personalised upon your admission into the clinic. But as an example, some treatment goals and focuses can include but are not limited to:

  • Establish a state of emotional stability where intense emotions or mood swings are effectively managed, allowing for improved daily functioning and quality of life
  • Identify and replace maladaptive coping mechanisms with healthy ones, enhancing resilience to stress and reducing reliance on harmful behaviors
  • Improve interpersonal skills and communication, leading to healthier relationships with family, friends, and colleagues, and reducing feelings of isolation
  • Develop strategies for effectively navigating life transitions and challenges, minimizing their impact on mental health and maintaining progress toward recovery
  • Challenge and reduce internalised stigma and self-judgment associated with mental health issues, fostering self-compassion and acceptance

Who Is This For?

This programme is for an individual who is struggling with their mental health, whether they have a formalised diagnosis or not. Early intervention is a key predictor in successful recovery, and so no person is ever ‘not bad enough’ to benefit from treatment and support. Additionally, here at Clinic Les Alpes we hold hope that every person is capable of successful recovery; meaning that no one is ‘too far gone’ to benefit from treatment either.

Often people who experience co-occurring disorders (mental health disorders and addiction simultaneously) fall through the cracks of treatment. At Clinic Les Alpes, we are world-leaders in treating co-occurring disorders and believe in supporting all patients in treating their mental health concerns, and their addictions together.

Duration

Our standard addiction programme lasts for 28 days (4 weeks), however should patients feel that they would benefit from a longer stay they are welcome to then extend their stay for as long as required. We have had patients stay for matters of months during their recovery time, and in these instances we are able to offer a gradual reintegration programme for those who elect to do so.

Interventions

Clinical Work:

You will be allocated an individual therapist who is hand-picked from our team to best suit your specific needs and who will work with you every day during individual therapy. All patients are also able to make use of our daily group therapies, which utilise a variety of therapeutic approaches, in order to connect with your peers and experience the ‘power of the group’ in your healing. You will also be under the care of our in-house psychiatrist who will see you regularly and manage any necessary medications.

This enables us to medically manage your detox to ensure that you are as comfortable as possible, and have access to medical care 24/7.

Holistic Treatments and Assessments:

Our ‘Body, Mind, Source’ team offer a vast array of treatments designed to compliment the therapeutic process, ranging from structure exercise such as Pilates to Asiatic traditional medicinal treatments such as Ayurveda. You will have access to our daily, as well as free access to our fully equipped gym, pool, sauna and hammam (steam room). In addition to our complementary therapies we can also offer a selection of massages to support your overall positive body image.

Nutrition and Sleep Hygiene:

You will work with our in-house dietician to develop a personalized nutrition plan that supports mental health and energy levels, including workshops on how specific nutrients affect mood and cognition. We also offer sleep workshops to educate on the importance of sleep in recovery. Additionally, our team is able to offer interactive cooking classes and sleep labs where participants can actively engage in learning and practicing healthy habits.

Aftercare Planning:

A key aspect of long-term recovery will be for us to develop a personalised aftercare plan, including recommendations for continued therapy, coaching, or support groups focused on maintaining a healthy lifestyle that supports your journey to recovery.

Treatment Focus

Our patients attend with the goal of recovering from the emotional and psychological consequences of burnout as a result of significant stress. The treatment objectives of this pathway will include, but not be limited to:

  • Disconnecting from work and technology to support a ‘reset’ that will best enable a new ‘balanced’ lifestyle.
  • Engage in holistic treatments that relax the body and reinforce a health-promoting connection between the mind and the body.
  • Develop skills and tools that support wellbeing to reduce the psychological pressure of work.
  • Engage in therapeutic work to identify underlying psychological concerns that may be contributing to a person’s symptomatology or susceptibility to burnout.
  • Recover an overall sense of psychological, physical, and spiritual wellbeing to best prepare the patient.
  • Attend individual or group workshops on time management, delegation, and boundary setting to address unhealthy work habits directly, reinforcing the importance of these skills in preventing future burnout.
  • Participate in psychoeducative sessions on nutrition and sleep hygiene, emphasizing their role in mental health and stress resilience, to support a holistic approach to recovery.

Who Is This For?

This programme is for any patients who are experiencing the severe symptoms of burnout. While burnout is stereotypically associated with high-performers/achievers and executive level business owners/managers, burnout is a state of complete emotional and psychological exhaustion that can happen to any individual regardless of their education or employment status. We also see this happen often in people who dedicate a significant portion of their time volunteering or caring for others, as an example.

Duration

Patients will typically attend for 12 days (2 weeks), however we would recommend that they extend for as long as they feel necessary to treat their burnout. Our individualised recommendations can be made at their pre-admission assessment based on the severity of the burnout.

Interventions

Clinical Work:
You will experience a blend of individual and group therapy sessions to address your unique needs and goals, as well as offering you the chance to benefit from the ‘power of the group’ alongside your peers. We offer specialized sessions and behavioural therapies, as well as many other tools and techniques that set you up to not only cope with your current burnout, but to prevent burnout from happening again in the future.

Medical health check:
All patients who are admitted under this programme will undergo extensive physical medical examinations in order to identify not only potential contributing factors the burnout symptoms experienced, but also any potential somatic complaints that are a result of said burnout. With fully medicalised facilities, you will not have to shuttle back-and-forth between offices, but instead receive their assessments and treatments in the comfort, safety, and familiarity of our clinic.

Nutrition and Sleep Hygiene:
Patients will work with our in-house dietician to offer personalized nutrition plans that support mental health and energy levels, including workshops on how specific nutrients affect mood and cognition. We will offer the patient sleep workshops to educate on the importance of sleep, the impact of sleep deprivation on performance and health, and strategies for improving sleep hygiene. Our team also implements interactive cooking classes and sleep labs where participants can actively engage in learning and practicing healthy habits.

Digital Detox:
While we all know the negative effects of electronic use and blue light on our health and wellbeing, it can be difficult to reset our relationship with technology. During treatment patients are supported to give themselves a true break, and redirect their relationship with electronic equipment such as phones and laptops to be helpful instead of a hindrance in living a healthy and balanced life. A more conscious relationship with technology will encourage work-life balance, and support the development of skills around managing digital communications and expectations with teams and stakeholders to minimize stress and enhance productivity without constant connectivity.

Medical Spa Complementary Treatments:
Work with our Medical Spa team will be a key component of supporting recovery from burnout. We will particularly focus on calming and grounding treatments that promote a steady energy flow throughout the body, and that relax the nervous system. Fitness and movement therapies are also offered to encourage healthy movement and reconnection of the body and mind.

Aftercare Planning:
If someone comes to us to recover from burnout but returns to the same circumstances as before, it will be difficult for them to not experience a relapse. A key aspect of long-term recovery will be for us to develop a personalised aftercare plan, including recommendations for continued therapy, coaching, or support groups focused on maintaining a healthy work-life balance and preventing relapse.

Treatment Focus

Our assessment pathway offers patients the opportunity to receive a complete and thorough assessment of their physical, psychological, dietetic, and functional body health. At the end of their stay they will receive a complete 360 assessment report detailing our findings, which any of their health providers can access with the patient’s consent, as well as an individualised recommended treatment plan which outlines the steps Clinic Les Alpes recommends patients take to address any identified concerns.

As such, the focus of this pathway is not so much ‘treatment’, and is more so ‘assessment’, though patients will still be able to benefit from interventions from our clinical, medical, and therapeutic teams during their stay. Assessments include, but are not limited to:

  • Psychiatric assessment
  • Psychological assessment
  • General medical assessment
  • Nutritional and dietetic assessment
  • Functional movement assessment
  • Complementary holistic assessment

Who Is This For?

This programme is for any person who is interested in a complete examination and thorough investigation into their psychological and somatic health, but who is unsure about in-patient treatment at this time. Any patient may self-refer themselves for this pathway, however this programme is also particularly suited for referrals of a patient by medical doctors, mental health professionals, or other clinics who would like a ‘complete work up’ of their patient.

Duration

Patients will typically attend for 12 days (2 weeks), however should they identify any issues of concern during their stay, or are interested in following our proposed treatment plan, they may then extend their stay and enter into a our standard treatment programme. This extension may be an additional two weeks or longer.

Interventions

Clinical Work:
Individual sessions with our clinical team consist of a full biopsychosocial assessment, as well as various screenings, tests, and other metrics to determine your current state of emotional and psychological wellbeing. Deeper themes will be explored, as well as any past histories of treatment and therapy in order to better expand our treatment recommendations for you. During this time your substance use history will also be compiled and evaluated in order for us to measure the risk of use and inform any potential flagging of use patterns and substances. This includes psychiatric assessment by our in-house psychiatrist to establish a baseline for each patient’s psychiatric wellbeing and make any relevant diagnoses.

Holistic Treatments and Assessments:
Our medical spa team offers a vast array of treatments designed to compliment the therapeutic process, ranging from structure exercise such as Pilates to Asiatic traditional medicinal treatments such as Ayurveda. In addition to accessing our exceptionally skilled team, you will also undergo various assessments with them to determine your holistic state of wellbeing. This includes more traditional metrics of functional ability such as flexibility, strength, and cardiovascular capacity as well as more qualitative measurements.

Nutrition and Sleep Hygiene:
You will work with our in-house dietician to develop a personalized nutrition plan that supports mental health and energy levels, including workshops on how specific nutrients affect mood and cognition. We also offer sleep workshops to educate on the importance of sleep, the impact of sleep deprivation on performance and health, and strategies for improving sleep hygiene. Additionally, our team is able to offer interactive cooking classes and sleep labs where participants can actively engage in learning and practicing healthy habits.

End of Assessment Reports:
Once the assessment period has been completed, you will be provided with your Complete Assessment Report which details the results of all the testing and assessments completed with all of our teams; a 360 snapshot of your physical, psychological, and holistic health in the palm of your hand. This report can also be sent to any medical providers at your request. We will also provide you with a Recommended Treatment Plan which outlines any concerns we may have identified in collaboration with you and what our recommendations would be in order to most effectively address them. In this way, you not only receive the answers to your questions about your health, but also the answers to what to do next.

Interventions

Clinical Work:
You will experience a blend of individual and group therapy sessions to explore areas of strength and growth for each patient. Individual sessions can be tailored to your unique and specific needs, focusing on psychological issues that may be preventing you from living your ‘ideal’ life, while group sessions offer peer support and the sharing of coping strategies. Through evidence-based practices, including cognitive-behavioral techniques and mindfulness strategies, you will learn to manage stress, overcome limiting beliefs, and cultivate a growth mindset.

Medical health check:
All patients who are admitted under this programme will undergo extensive physical medical examinations in order to identify and treat any potential somatic complaints. This is undergone with our medical team consisting of psychiatrists, our general medicine doctors, our exceptional nursing team, as well as any potential additional specialists that may be required to provide complete treatment. Work with our medical spa team will be a key component of exploring the body-mind connection and strengthening your relationship and connection with your body. With a mix of physical activities, touch therapies, gentle fitness, and other complementary treatments, you will begin to better understand the impact of self-care in a physical way, and the way you interact with their body, on their overall wellbeing and health.

Nutrition and Sleep Hygiene:
You will work with our in-house dietician to offer personalized nutrition plans that support mental health and energy levels, including workshops on how specific nutrients affect mood and cognition. We also offer sleep workshops to educate on the importance of sleep, the impact of sleep deprivation on performance and health, and strategies for improving sleep hygiene.

Aftercare Planning:
To support sustained growth and wellbeing, your lead therapist will develop a personalised aftercare plan for you before your departure. This plan will include recommendations for ongoing practices, resources for continued learning, and strategies to maintain the progress you achieved during the programme.

Treatment Focus

Our patients participate in this pathway with the goal of identifying, treating, and recovering from their sleep disorder where possible; and for those more chronic conditions, finding a way of managing them so they impose as little disturbance to their lives as possible. The treatment objectives of their work with us will include, but not be limited to:

  • Develop and maintain a consistent sleep schedule
  • Enhance the quality of sleep by increasing the proportion of restorative deep sleep and Rapid Eye Movement (REM) sleep stages, thereby reducing nighttime awakenings and improving overall sleep efficiency
  • Identify and treat any underlying physical or psychological conditions contributing to the sleep disorder, such as sleep apnea, anxiety, depression, or chronic pain, through appropriate medical and therapeutic interventions
  • Gradually decrease dependence on sleep-inducing medications through alternative therapies and behavioral changes, aiming for natural sleep without pharmacological aids, when clinically appropriate.
  • Develop effective coping mechanisms to deal with anxiety related to sleep, such as cognitive-behavioral techniques, relaxation exercises, and stress management strategies, to reduce bedtime anxiety and promote relaxation.
  • Participate in comprehensive education on sleep hygiene practices, including the importance of a conducive sleep environment, the impact of diet and exercise on sleep, and the role of daytime behaviors in influencing sleep patterns, to empower patients with knowledge and tools to manage their sleep disorder.

Who Is This For?

This programme is for any person who is experiencing severe sleep disturbances and is unable to reset and manage these symptoms outside of in-patient treatment. This includes, but is not limited to insomnia, narcolepsy, restless leg syndrome, circadian rhythm sleep-wake disorders, parasomnias, insufficient sleep syndrome and hypersomnolence disorders.

Duration

Patients will typically attend for 12 days (2 weeks), however we would recommend that they extend for as long as they feel necessary to treat their sleep disorder. Our individualised recommendations can be made at their pre-admission assessment based on the severity of the sleep disorder.

Interventions

Clinical Work:
Our program integrates individual and group therapy sessions focused on the psychological aspects of sleep disorders. In individual sessions, therapists will work closely with you to explore and address personal triggers of sleep disturbances, such as anxiety, stress, or underlying psychological conditions. Group sessions provide a supportive environment where all patients can share experiences and strategies for overcoming sleep-related challenges.

Nursing Support and Treatment:
Patients have access to our dedicated nursing team 24 hours a day, so for those who have sleeping difficulties, it makes sense that our nurses will be first in line to support their treatment. Patients will undergo thorough sleeping assessments with our nursing team, who will then support patients to monitor their sleep using specially designed ‘sleep diaries’. Medications will be closely administered and monitored daily, as well as regular checks to ensure the ongoing physical health of all patients. Our talented nursing team also delivers a series of interventions and psychoeducation sessions in order to empower patients to take control of their sleep again.

Medical health check:
All patients who are admitted under this programme will undergo extensive physical medical examinations in order to identify not only potential contributing factors the symptoms experienced, but also any potential somatic complaints that are a result of their sleep disturbances. This is undergone with our medical team consisting of psychiatrists, our general medicine doctors, our exceptional nursing team, as well as any potential additional specialists that may be required to provide complete treatment.

Holistic Treatments:
Our medical spa team offers a suite of complementary therapies that aim to enhance the body-mind connection and promote a state of tranquility and relaxation. A combination of touch therapies, complementary treatments, and gentle fitness will be utilised to calm the mind, excise the body to excess energy, and prepare the body for sleep. Our approach also integrates psychoeducation to inform you about the physiological and psychological aspects of sleep, empowering you with knowledge to improve your sleep hygiene.

Nutrition and Sleep Hygiene:
Our diet plays a larger role in our overall health and wellbeing than many people recognise, which is why nutritional counselling is such an integral part of this programme. Psychoeducation will be provided on the impact of caffeine, sugar, and certain macronutrients on sleep patterns, offering dietary adjustments to promote better sleep. Sleep hygiene workshops are conducted to educate all patients on creating optimal sleep environments and routines, such as minimising exposure to blue light before bedtime and establishing a calming pre-sleep ritual.

Digital Detox:
We are often aware of, but unwilling to make changes regarding, the impact of electronics on our sleep cycles and quality. During your stay you are encouraged to limit screen time, especially in the evening, to reduce exposure to blue light, which can interfere with melatonin production. We offer workshops on digital mindfulness, helping you to develop healthier relationships with your devices. Our goal is to minimize the stimulatory effects of digital media on the brain, creating a more conducive setting for restful sleep.

Aftercare Planning:
To ensure long-term success, our team collaborates with each patient to develop a comprehensive aftercare plan. This includes ongoing support options such as follow-up therapy sessions, support groups focused on sleep health, and access to educational resources. We also facilitate connections with community resources and wellness programs to support you in maintaining healthy sleep habits post-treatment.

Interventions prompt change and often inspire hope that solutions can be found to issues which may seem intractable. An intervention from a trained professional in the home of the sufferer can be a very effective measure. At Clinic Les Alpes, our team is ready to mediate a first conversation towards recovery.

With the patient’s consent, families are invited to participate in the treatment process by attending family conferences, but we also respond to the needs of families in their own right. Families are often treated as of peripheral importance - not at Clinic Les Alpes. Families need help and support in their own right as well as in relation to a loved one in treatment. This is why we have family therapists on our staff that have specially designed a 3 day programme for family members.

At Clinc Les Alpes, we understand that recovery does not happen overnight, and that this is often a journey of growth and healing that lasts a lifetime. This path demands dedication, resilience, and ongoing support.

People who return to the exact same circumstances they were in prior to admission often struggle to maintain their recovery. They have changed so much while in treatment - how can the world have stayed exactly the same? That is why we believe it is so crucial to return home with an aftercare plan.

During your treatment with us, your lead therapist will work in collaboration with you to create such a plan so that you can feel supported in your ongoing recovery. Our commitment is to walk alongside you, providing the tools, resources, and encouragement needed to navigate the road ahead with confidence and strength.

This tailored aftercare plan is designed to support your transition from treatment to daily life, ensuring that the foundation laid during your stay is built upon with practical, everyday practices and support systems. Your aftercare plan can include, but is not limited to:

  • Relapse Prevention Strategies
  • Support Network Integration
  • Re-engagement with Health Promoting Activities
  • Ongoing Counselling and Support
  • Personal Coaches
  • Scheduled Psychiatric Consultations

To start your journey off on the right foot, Clinic Les Alpes can offer a ‘Journey Home Companion’ who can travel home with you, providing support and reassurance as you transition back into your daily environment. For those in ongoing recovery, we also offer ‘booster stays’; these are short stays in our clinic for a few days or up to a week to act as a refresher for the great work and progress you made your first time around.

Our aftercare program is designed not just as a safety net, but as a springboard into a life where you are not just surviving, but thriving. Together, we will ensure that the path you walk is one of continuous growth, supported every step of the way by the compassionate, expert care for which Clinic Les Alpes is known.
